They are a young couple that just moved here from San Antonio. They live in a brand new home that came with a lot of wonderful upgrades. My initial meeting in their home went well. I was able to gain a lot of information about the scope of their project. On the needs list was furmiture, art work, area rugs and window treatments. I learned that their budget was $25,000. I was able to go over each room in the house and address the items that were needed to complete the room. I was then able to go over in round numbers, what those items would cost. On a conservative budget, I felt like I could find the items that each room needed for completion and work within their budget. It was tight but "do-able".
